My name is Michael Balbuena, a REALTOR with The Nest Real Estate. I represent both home buyers and sellers throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

My Story
Coming from very humble beginnings, home ownership unfortunately wasn't in the cards for my immediate family. As I got older, I vowed to take a different approach and not only build for myself but also for future generations of me. After putting myself through Merrimack College and a few years of hard work in Corporate America, I finally had the means to invest in my first multi-family property and a life long dream was fulfilled. During that process I grew a passion for real estate, realizing that under the proper guidance it's actually not as difficult as I thought. Since then I have been able to purchase additional investment properties and expand my personal real estate foot print. I really valued my experience/relationship with my realtor for helping make all a reality. I decided to take my real estate knowledge to the next level, become a REALTOR myself, and joining the Better Living Real Estate family.
